And Fabrizio Romano says the Championship winners have opened talks with the Englishman as they look for a new manager to lead them into their first season back in the Premier League.

Former Brighton and Swansea manager Potter is a strong candidate for the Foxes and has been linked with Premier League clubs since he was sacked by Chelsea in April last year. However, he is not the only option Leicester are considering as a possible Maresca replacement.
